This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms on level 1 at the back are sufficient for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location near the Tiburtina station is convenient, with easy access to bus and metro transportation. The hotel is also located near a variety of restaurants, making it convenient for guests to dine out.
Everything was fine.

Only a 5-minute walk to terme di roma. Location met what we needed. We got free upgrade and greatly enjoyed it: D

The location was adjacent to everything we wanted to do. 25 minutes by car from the airport.
Very basic breakfast.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a lot of useful information about the area and helped us to navigate around easily. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options. The location was great for exploring the nearby historical attractions.
The room we stayed in was small and the walls were thin, so we could hear some of the noise outside. The Wi-Fi was not included in the price of the room, which was a bit disappointing. the hotel provided basic accommodations, but it was a good option for budget-conscious travelers or those looking for a convenient location.

Easy to find by car. Very good breakfast. Looks like a business trip hotel. Wifi works on room, free.

Good location with easy access to public transport for onward travel. Hotel clean and modern. Good swimming pool shared with hotel next door.

The breakfast was abundant and we could order coffee to our liking which was great. Additionally, we were situated in a convenient location for exploring the nearby city.
Our room was small and uninviting as it had no view other than a wall close to the window. Sadly, we had to pay a high fee for the slow internet connection.

I did not like the poor services of the hotel (no wifi, no bar, no restaurant, no breakfast) even if all those services are available (chargeable) at the hotel next door. This hotel looks like a poor extension of the next door hotel...

The hotel is located in a pretty sketchy looking neighborhood, down in the valley. Despite this, there are some convenient transportation options nearby. According to one guest, there is a bus stop just a short walk away, providing easy access to the city center. Another guest mentioned that there is a train station within a reasonable distance, although it may require a taxi ride to get there.
Navigating the busy road in front of the hotel can be quite challenging, as mentioned by a previous guest. The windows in the rooms are double-glazed but starting to leak, causing them to steam up.

Good hotel, very nice, big and clean room. More luxus than the other three star hotels that we visited in Italy.
Some difficulties with finding the hotel by car...

I was satisfied with the clean and spacious room. Breakfast is not abundant, but has all you need: fresh croisants, good coffee, cakes, yoghourt, bread if you want.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was good, in a large dining room with an active staff to replenish coffee. Hotel has an elevator. Hotel Tivoli is a good option for visiting Tivoli, although it is located several kilometers from Tivoli proper. The hotel is a few minutes walk from a supermarket, within a small "mall".
There are not many restaurant options within walking distance. We could not find the restaurant that the hotel said was closest and the walk was over some poorly maintained sidewalks next to the busy Via Tiburtina. The hotel is in an unattractive neighborhood, which may cause the less adventurous to feel uneasy when exploring by night.

We booked a quad share room, but it turned out to be two separate rooms with ensuite bathrooms and an interconnecting door. The rooms were modest, modern, and very comfortable. We opted to pay a little extra for a delicious breakfast next door. The hotel was about an 8 km drive to Villa d'Este, making it the perfect choice for a one-night stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One staff member in particular, Alessandra, was amazing and friendly, even giving us a warm hug on our departure.
Nothing that I didn't like.
